 Jesse has trained clients in southern Spain, Boston, and San Francisco. His focus is to help you reach your goals through a variety of techniques that are efficient and highly effective. He takes his time to properly teach the perfect form and technique to avoid injury and promote longevity.

Scott Brady

Scott has been training for 10+ years. He has trained all levels of fitness from athletes to beginners. He is committed to helping people being the best version of themselves. He is committed to teaching healthy lifestyle and teaching strong pain free movements.

Colin Lewis

Colin is a body expert and approaches body healing from a whole-person perspective.  Any of his offers, such as massage, stretch therapy, or personal training all involve a deeper intuitive application, your body will feel better!  His background includes numerous certifications, including teaching fitness at University and certifications for trainers as well as working with Silicon Valley executives, professional athletes and folks in Marin County, CA.

Brian May

Brian has 14 years of experience in the wellness industry, including 12 years of dual practice as a personal trainer and a massage therapist. This combination of skills gives him a clear understanding of how to build strength and how the body holds tension. His training style is focused on results: Building functional strength that supports daily life, leading to consistent, pain-free performance.



David Garcia

 David  has a degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University and is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He's also a former EMT and enjoys helping clients reach their personal fitness goals. David has over 25 years of experience with personal and group training.
