Brian has 14 years of experience in the wellness industry, including 12 years of dual practice as a personal trainer and a massage therapist. This combination of skills gives him a clear understanding of how to build strength and how the body holds tension. His training style is focused on results: Building functional strength that supports daily life, leading to consistent, pain-free performance.

David has a degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University and is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He's also a former EMT and enjoys helping clients reach their personal fitness goals. David has over 25 years of experience with personal and group training.

Erin is a personal trainer specializing in metabolic conditioning, high intensity interval
training (HIIT), and functional kettlebell training for a wide range of ages and fitness
levels. Her approach focuses on building real-world strength, cardiovascular endurance,
and metabolic efficiency through intelligent, functional movement. Whether you are
brand new to fitness or a seasoned “fitness-holic”, she designs programs that meet you
exactly where you are—prioritizing safety, proper mechanics, and sustainable progress.
Erin works with clients across different ages, from those looking to regain strength and
confidence in their bodies to high-performing individuals looking to refine performance.
Her training style blends challenge with accessibility, emphasizing empowerment over
punishment and long-term health over quick fixes. Her goal is to help people feel strong,
capable, and energized in their daily lives—not just in the gym, but everywhere their
body carries them.

Tanya Caravelli has been in Health and Fitness for over 20-years. She grew up in Corte Madera and have always been athletic. Track, soccer and water skiing were hermain sports. Her specialty is Sports Rehab, Senior's Fitness, Small Group Training and Nutrition.
She went to California State Hayward where she received herACSM National Certification and completed her exercise physiology courses. She worked for The JCC in Marin in their Cardiac Rehab, Sports Rehab, Stroke patient department for 3-years and learned from the best of the best. She later went on to be a Doctor's Assistant and helped with procedures.
Working with Doctors as a team has been so incredible. To see blood pressure go down, medications be eliminated, Diabetes numbers go back to normal through exercise and nutrition is so rewarding. She is so excited to be part of the Cali Team!
